Extremely customer focused approach in SME ICT
With smooth and safe total solutions in ICT, serving SMEs, municipalities and CPAs: it is the approach that ITAF uses to score excellent results with customers from all over Belgium. ITAF counts around twenty enthusiastic employees that help providing a qualitatieve one-stop-shop, with IT services at a very attractive price-quality ratio. ITAF is based on five pillars, that perfectly match for every individual customer. Firstly, ITAF offers through the Service Center, tailor-made ICT support for SMEs. The realization of complex IT systems, supporting servers and networks and 24/7 monitoring of business critical applications is just a small piece out of the wide range that is offered through this department.
Business networks on SME scale
Secondly, through an own Datacenter Interconnect, ITAF stands in for customized solutions for most varied and complex hosting issues and for voice and data services. For this purpose, ITAF has their own spaces in various data centers. Quite unique is that company networks are offered on SME scale through this data center. These systems were due to their cost price, often the privilege of large companies, but thanks to the innovative approach, this can also be perfectly adapted to the budgets of smaller companies.
In addition, ITAF came on the market with the Information Management System (IMS), an integrated and self-developed ERP solution for managing different tasks within the organization. The modular design of the system makes it possible to implement it on a tailor-made way for each customer. Thus, the software is fully adapted to the specific characteristics of each specific organization and business processes.
ITAF supports these services with a graphics department (which can refresh the image and identity of the customer) and a webshop for professional hard- and software, with an extensive range of desktops to notebook systems and servers.
Accurate monitoring using Service Review Meetings
ITAF manages to preserve the perfect balance between price and quality and links it to a carefully thought-out system for Service Management. Each customer has its own Service Manager. Through regular consultation sessions, the Service Manager if the services are still perfectly running and looks where extra added value can be found. This approach is quite unique for a small organization, which distinguishes itself by appropriate rates for SMEs and custom solutions for every hosting problem.
