YOGAVINA is a Kundalini Yoga Studio in Hemiksem near Antwerp and founded by Savitri Kaur. On January 21, 2013 Yogavina became a nice and thankful fact.

The emphasis is on the warm, homey atmosphere and Personal and Intense training of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Sat Nam Rasayan sessions to promote physical, mental and emotional Wellbeing + Spiritual growth.

We have 2 rooms; a small room for private yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan sessions, and a bigger yogashala for Kundalini Yoga group classes. In Summer, when it is pleasant to be outside, classes take place in the garden, which is really nice.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga and meditation is an excellent way to release stress and tension. Kundalini yoga is a dynamic Yoga form combined with breathing techniques and mantra. Everyone is capable of learning how to meditate...it is just a process.

You don't need any pre yoga or meditation experience.
