Das denkmalgeschüzte Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Eupener Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Kapelle und Chor bilden den Mittelpunkt. Das im Auftrag der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft Belgiens entstandene Seminar- und Eventzentrum bietet ein vielfältiges und flexibles Nutzungsangebot mit Unterkunftsmöglichkeit.

Ce bâtiment du XVIIIe siècle classé au patrimoine monumental est situé à quelques encablures de la gare d'Eupen et du centre-ville.L'ensemble s'articule autour de la chapelle et du choeur. Ce centre de séminaire et d'évènement, réalisé pour compte de la Communauté Germanophone de Belgique, permet de multiples utilisations adaptées avec possibilité d'hébergement.

Het geclasseerde erfgoed uit de XVIII eeuw bevindt zich op een steenworp van het station van Eupen en het centrum van de stad. Het geheel is opgebouwd rondom de kapel en het koor. Het seminarie- en eventcentrum met slaapgelegenheid, uitgevoerd in opdracht van de Duitstalige Gemeenschap van België, kan flexibel voor verschillende doeleinden gebruikt worden.

This building from the 18th century is classified as a monumental heritage and is located a few steps away from the Eupen train station and the city center. The set articulates around the chapel and the choir. This seminar and event center, commissioned by the German-speaking Community of Belgium, allows multiple and flexible usages with accomodation possibilities.
