HI THERE, NICE TO MEET YOU!

Here’s a brief introduction to June and Julian.
June and Julian is founded April 29th 2014 by two best friend and proud mums, Stéphanie Lambrechts (mom of June) Kathy Mommen (mom of Julian).

When Stéphanie and Kathy were pregnant, they both got obsessed with preparing their little rooms and wardrobes for when they were coming (like many mums to be, we guess :-)). It was then they realized how difficult it was to find stylish baby essentials the way we like them: modern, timeless & durable but still babyproof enough.

Hours and hours of research finally resulted in the launch of the June and Julian web shop in September 2014, an online shop that gathers some unique brands from all over the world. Despite their different origins, they all have one thing in common: a great sense of style!

As fulltime working mums, it was a conscious decision of Stéphanie and Kathy to offer their products exclusively online. They barely find time to shop and if they, big chance they must return home after one store because little miss/mister decided he/she needs to eat, sleep, poop, or just cry …with only one option left… leave (with red cheeks and never to come back). And just admit it, nothing more relaxing than shopping from your couch with a hot cup of tea while the little one is sleeping "like a baby" :-). On top of that, no more carrying around with bags. You receive your catches (nicely wrapped as presents) right on your doorstep only a few days later...bye-bye stress, hello me-time!

Ever since, June and Julian is constantly looking for the newest trends in kids-town, discovering the most incredible designers and companies throughout the world and bringing them to you.
In July 2016, we launched our new web shop. The fresh look and feel of the shop immediately resulted in June and Julian being an example as THE online lifestyle boutique for little heroes. Our look and feel is now often imitated but duplicated , June and June is more than ever a trendsetter, not a just a follower! And we are so proud of that.

Exactly three years after the foundation of June and Julian, it was time for the next step. June and Julian was sold to Kelly Van Hove and her husband (proud parents of two children, Nohlan (2010) and Nahla (2014) who are both very ambitious to continue the excellent work of Stephanie and Kathy. This take-over means an extra investment for June and Julian and secures the future and growth of the company. Stéphanie and Kathy will of course always stay close “friends of the house” and are still involved in the long-term vision of the company, as well as they are discovering new and nice products for June and Julian every day.
