La Fontaine Makelaardij is a young and contemporary rental agency in Maastricht. We were founded in 2004 and are proud to have become one of Maastricht’s leading property letting-only companies of living accommodation. Professional service on a more informal level and integrity is the key to every area of our business. We are the intermediary to the letting of quality property and corporate housing. Our tenants are often employees from Multinationals, international companies and Maastricht University. We also arrange rental apartments in Maastricht for foreign students/young professionals.

Since our establishment in 2004 we have helped many expats, students, families and couples to find a new home.
